I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Maryland, advised by Prof. Furong Huang . My main research interests include scientific and probabilistic ML, sequential decision-making under uncertainty, Bayesian optimization, and generative modeling. I am also deeply interested in novel approaches within scientific and societal domains for accelerating discovery campaigns (i.e., materials, medicines, etc.) and engineering design (i.e., model and simulation tuning, principled experiment design, etc.).
